Dallas GA PD ORR

On 22 March 2025, after working a long day performing physical labor landscaping, I drove to Hiram Home Depot to purchase a piece of landscaping equipment. I was stopped at a red light in Dallas, GA. While sitting there for several minutes, I witnessed what can only be described as an Entrapment RICO operation being conducted by the Dallas PD during heavy traffic.

An officer would pull someone over. Another officer would pull up behind them and never disembark from their cop car. If a car did not merge over into the left lane upon passing the officers, the 2nd officer would immediately pull them over. No hesitation. Like a vulture camping out its next meal.

Then another officer would pull behind them, waiting for the next victim. Rinse and repeat.

approximately 90 minutes later after I finished my shopping at Home Depot, I began returning home. Traffic had been heavy and was finally letting up. As I merged in front of a semi into the right lane to get out from behind an idiot, I noticed an officer with someone pulled over. I slowed down dramatically, 15-20mph below the posted speed limit, and tried to merge into the left lane.

However the aforementioned idiot kept slowing down more to prevent the safe merger into the left lane. This all occurred within less than 300 feet where the speed limit is 55mph. The distance closed fast.

I was pulled over by an arrogant, insulting female officer that admitted they were doing this because she was hit by a car while performing a traffic stop the prior week. Got it. A premeditated vengeful use of force to arrest/extort money from people, that’s what a traffic stop is btw, to create a trap and write $720 tickets.

When I performed ORR (Open Records Request) to see just how many of these tickets they wrote. below is what I experienced.

So this begs the question, since ORRs are how We The People keep an eye on what the Government is doing as our Check and Balance against the power we entrusted in Government; to Protect and Defend We The People’s God Given and Constitutionally Guaranteed rights to Life, Liberty, Property, and Our Pursuit of Happiness.

Upon attending municipal court in Dallas, GA, I recall no less than 5 other people with the same violation that day.

The Officer violated:

-U.S. Code 18 Section 242

-O.C.G.A. 16-10-1

-O.C.G.A. 45-3-11

-O.C.G.A. 43-3-15

-O.C.G.A. 16-10.71
